At Blinkt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used products.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, to initiate the return.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer support team at contact@blinktbeauty.com with your order number and details of the product you'd like to return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.
Return Shipping
Within Australia: If you choose to return your order for a refund, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if you opt for store credit or an exchange, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
International: Return shipping for international orders is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for another, please follow the return process. Once your return is received, we will issue store credit of the same value, which you can use to place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used products.
- Products that were not purchased from our website.
- Sale items and items sold on promotion.
